Overview
Our Leadership and Social Innovation Programme facilitates the continuous training of managers working in charities, non-profit organisations, and social enterprises. Subjects that are relevant for managers in the sector are examined in a series of independent, but complementary, modules. Social leadership, good governance, organisational management, strategy, results measurement, collaboration with companies, campaigns and lobbying, innovation, and social entrepreneurship are fundamental aspects for strengthening the impact of social organisations. This programme provides managers with solid conceptual foundations in the search for innovative solutions, while reinforcing and developing the vision, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to face current and emerging challenges. This programme helps managers lead the way in uncertain and dynamic environments.

How you will learn
This program gives as much importance to the teaching methodology used as it does to the content. This is a fundamental element of the program structure.
The program’s focus is essentially on experience. Learning takes place more readily with a practical, hands-on approach, rather than using traditional teaching methods. Participants will analyse concrete realities, diagnose problems, contrast and debate different points of view and interact with other participants. The course is structured as intensive classroom session to make this focus more plausible.
The program dedicates significant time to analyzing both national and international case studies, carrying out simulations, teamwork and open debates, and the facilitators are especially dedicated to stimulate individual and collective learning.
